inconsistent cleaning breakfast staff

the hotel was located close to the metro. the room provided basic necessities like shampoo.

The room cleaning service was inconsistent. i noticed basic amenities were frequently omitted. the breakfast staff was unpleasant. They were stingy and unwelcoming despite my stay (it lasted two weeks). their demeanor made for a consistently poor start to each day.

I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room size was perfect, equipped with tea and coffee facilities. The spacious bathroom included ample toiletries. I enjoyed the location near the subway station. Several shops and restaurants stood nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. I found my room very clean and modern. It included all the necessary amenities.
